LSPC helps business owners organize financial information, review cash flow and identify questions to discuss with an independent Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Only a Licensed Insolvency Trustee can assess and administer formal insolvency options.
LSPC is not a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and does not administer insolvency proceedings. Formal insolvency services are provided by an independent Licensed Insolvency Trustee. LSPC’s role is limited to preliminary cash-flow review, financial-information organization, document coordination and referral support.
